After they got married in 1922, Prince Louis Mountbatten (he was the King of England’s cousin) and his wife Edwina Ashley, an English socialite, they want to their grand honeymoon. They opted to go on a tour that started in England. After, they visited other major European cities. That wasn’t the end because they also boarded a ship to the USA. In New York they spent much of their time in jazz clubs and theaters. They also met Baseball legend ‘Babe’ Ruth when they were in the States. They also got to star with Charlie Chaplin in a silent film. Unfortunately, this never came out in theaters.
