Liza Minnelli’s first marriage was to an equally famous singer named Peter Allen. The union was backed my Minnelli’s superstar mother, Judy Garland, and this already tells you the powerhouse behind it all. Garland found him extremely charming that she decided to introduce her daughter to him. They got married in 1967 in New York. For their honeymoon, they went to Florida where they basked in the sun and enjoyed each other’s company.
