They’re showbiz royalty because they’re famous for being the parents of Princess Leia, also officially known as Carrie Fisher. Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher fell in love and got married in 1955. The Singin’ in the Rain star and Fisher made things official at a resort in the Catskills. To celebrate their love and union, the duo decided to head to the Sunshine State of Florida. They opted to go their separate ways in 1959, but the breakup didn’t scar them. In fact, they eventually became good friends.
