Despite all the past hardships they have encountered, they are a happy family. Nadya still has to cope with her physical ailments, like spinal issues, sacral damage, peripheral neuropathy, and circulation issues. Still, she enjoys being a hands-on mom, and prioritizes her kids’ welfare above her own. Shelter, food, clothing, education, all the basic necessities for a good, meaningful life. She manages to destress (having and caring for 14 children is stressful) by doing exercises at a local gym. She may be strict, but she always manages to have fun with all her kids. She accepted an invitation to guest with her kids on the TV show Dr. Oz to share her story. The octuplets are committed vegans, and even participate in marathons to support it. They also busy themselves raising money and creating awareness for important causes. Last january 2019, the octuplets celebrated their 10th birthday. Nadya couldn’t be a prouder mom. Life seems to be looking up, though a step at a time. In this case, the end justifies the means, and all is well that ends well.
