Don’t Use A Thrusting Palm Hand Gesture

Thrusting your palm with fingers outstretched at someone as if to say stop, is regarded as an insult in Greece. Be aware of this. It is known as “moutza” and will easily offend the person you gesture at. Respect this mannerism rule. Avoid getting into a heated argument or fistfight.
