The indoor smoking ban does not seem to work, people smoke freely. And practically everywhere. If you find yourself in an enclosed place like a bar or restaurant with people near you smoking, avoid staring or coughing on purpose. Be polite and get used to it as there really is nothing you can do about it. If you have a medical condition or simply don’t like inhaling smoke, well, don’t go to enclosed places, there are many open-air places to enjoy. It may be a disadvantage for non-smokers, but many have managed. Try to choose a place far from smokers if you could. Good luck on that though.
