Never Hail A Cab From The Street

Prague wasn’t always the biggest tourist location before, but over the past few decades, it has become more and more popular. Unfortunately, some locals have managed to use this to their advantage by finding ways to rip travelers off. Whatever you do, never hail a cab from the street. Most taxis don’t use meters and will charge you an arm and a leg to get to where you need to go. If you need to use a taxi, ask your hotel to get one for you or use Grab to get you where you need to go. Better yet, just walk when possible. The city is so beautiful that it’s worth the walk.
