Never Drink The Absinthe

Absinthe is a popular alcoholic beverage that was banned back in 1912 because it was believed to be a hallucinogenic. It was even given the nickname “La Fee Verte,” otherwise known as ‘The Green Lady.’ And while the drink was incredibly popular, it also became incredibly taboo. Of course when it was welcomed back on the market, it was no longer the same as what it was like when it was first created. Never drink the absinthe if you think it’s going to give you the same kind of high that earned the drink its reputation. Not only will it probably not be served properly, but it actually doesn’t taste that great anyway.
