5. Avoid Using the Taxis as Much as Possible

Rome’s tourist spots are found very near one another. Many tourists tour the city on foot since walking from one attraction to another is quite doable. Walking through the streets of Rome allows you to see more of the place’s hidden gems, something a cab ride won’t. Cabs are expensive too so avoid using them if you can.
