Vaseline as Both a Mascara and Lash Conditioner

The no make-up look is still pretty popular, and if you want to try it out, better trade-in your mascara for Vaseline. Although, you can still use your mascara wand to apply the Vaseline. First, you have to clean your mascara wand, use a paper towel to do this. Just gently dab the mascara wand over the paper towel. Then dip the wand in lukewarm water for 2-4 minutes, this will loosen any remaining dried mascara. After this, soak the wand in Isopropyl alcohol to sanitize it. Then pat it dry on another paper towel. Once it’s dry, you can use it to apply Vaseline on your eyelashes.

When you use the mascara wand to apply the Vaseline, make sure that you wash your face and hand first. This will help with the moisturizing effects of the Vaseline. Then using your clean finger, move the top layer of Vaseline around, to warm it up and make it easier to apply. Then dip the wand in the Vaseline, if you get a clump of Vaseline, just use a damp paper towel to spread it around. It is then time to apply the Vaseline. Smooth it over your eyelashes for a fuller set of dark and glossy eyelashes. In addition, Vaseline is a great eyelash conditioner.”
