You won’t know what a lip scrub is if you normally don’t make a fuss about make-up and other such products. So, what is a lip scrub? A lip scrub basically exfoliates the lips, removes chapped, dead skin and it also helps the lip balm penetrate the lipid layer. Once the lips have been scrubbed, the next step would be the application of moisturizing balms to rejuvenate and hydrate the lips. Are the lip scrubs expensive? They don’t have to be.

All we need is just a little bit of sugar mixed-in with Vaseline to make our own lip scrub. We can also mis it with sea salt, so we can also use the mixture as a body scrub.
