Do you have a pair of old leather shoes that doesn’t look great? It’s probably a bit scuffed and you forgot to clean it and moisturize it for a while, right? You are probably thinking, “great! I now have to buy some expensive leather shoe cleaner.” Worry no more! Just go find that Vaseline that you have lying around somewhere. Just dab a small amount of Vaseline onto the leather shoe, and using a piece of cloth (preferably a lint-free one), rub the Vaseline unto the damaged area. Once the Vaseline is completely rubbed-in, wipe clean the leather shoe with a slightly damp cloth. Your leather shoes should now look good again!
Keep in mind that this will work on leather and patent leather shoes. This will not work on rawhide leather.
