Diana Ross may be known as part of the trio The Supremes, but she after they disbanded, she went on to have a very successful solo career. Her first album “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” zoomed through the charts, and her second one, self-titled “Diana,” quickly did the same. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, she is considered ‘the most successful female music artist in history.’ She was given the Grammy Award for Lifetime Achievement, and is said to be worth at least $250 million.
