Lita Ford was part of The Runaways band with Joan Jett, playing guitar for the all-girls group. By the time the 80s rolled around, she was already going solo and had released her first album named ‘Out For Blood.’ Although most people knew her from her time with The Runaways, she gained some fame from her own music but it was nothing compared to that of her co-band member at the time, Jett. She took a long hiatus from playing in order to raise her two sons but eventually, she came back and has since returned to the stage to play and sing for her fans.
