Man’s best friend in the seas, this highly intelligent sea creature has saved many from shark attacks or drowning. The dolphin has been immortalized by the TV series Flipper, which made audiences marvel at the intelligence and friendliness of dolphins. They are fun to be with, and love human attention. It seems they try to communicate with us, and learn quite easily. But there is a dark side. There have been articles about how they bludgeon their own offspring, or attacked a human being, for reasons only known to them. It may be rare, but it’s always best for us to keep this in mind.
