Heche is a versatile actress who has done several roles in films such as Donnie Brasco, Six Days, Seven Nights, and Return to Paradise. In 2004, she won a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her part in the movie Gracie’s Choice, and a Tony nomination for Best Actress in a Play for Broadway’s Twentieth Century. She is known for her celebrated romance and relationship with Ellen DeGeneres, which helped Ellen’s career move up with their public confirmation of their relationship. But it seemed it did not do the same for Heche, especially when the rumors came about that she was suffering from a mental illness. Needless to say, all the hype was for nothing, she just fizzled out from cinema.
