This actress best known for her role in First Knight, with Sean Connery and Richard Gere, made her acting debut in 1989 in a serial film, Traffik. It was about the notorious heroin business from the Far East to the cities of Europe. She rose to popularity from films like First Knight and Legends of the Fall in the 1990s. She finally received an Emmy award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or Movie for her performance in the HBO film, Temple Grandin, in 2010. Many thought that this would catapult her to stardom. But as it turned out, Julia came out in minor roles, supporting other actors. Still, she is no doubt a good actress, and may soon land another award winning role.
