This actor was determined to make a career out of acting, no matter what roles he had to play. He started out in some TV series’ such as Gilmore Girls in the year 2000. He made frequent appearances in the NBC series Chuck, and did supporting roles in some films like Zack and Miri Make a Porno, and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. His dream of playing a lead role came in 2006 with Superman Returns, playing the man of steel. There were so many expectations from him after he succeeded the late actor Christopher Reeve, but the movie was a flop. It did not catapult him to the fame he has always dreamt of. But, he continued to try, reprising the role in the Arrowverse crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths in 2019. Hopefully, this “superman” will return to major box office films.
