Carrie-Anne Moss

Carrie-Anne is a Canadian actress best known as Trinity in The Matrix. This 1999 Sci-Fi action thriller with Keanu Reeves and Lawrence Fishburne grossed about $460 million in the worldwide box office. The combination of the top three actors was spectacular, and Moss suddenly became the next big-thing expected in more films to come. Before the movie, Moss did some TV appearances in Spain and the US. But it was like she was non-existent, at least for movie fans and critics. While filming the Matrix trilogy (and after), she did some other films as well, such as Memento, Red Planet, Fido, Snow Cake, and Unthinkable, to name the more known films. But it seemed that the hype-buildup of The Matrix just fizzled-out. She was left doing bit roles in the Jessica Jones TV series. Hopefully another big blockbuster comes up for her, she deserves it.
