This actor started acting when he was just 12 years old. At 13, he gained some popularity for a small role in John Carpenter’s In the Mouth of Madness, which landed him parts in Goosebumps, The Virgin Suicides, and Are You Afraid of the Dark? He has also received nominations for a Golden Globe and SAG award for his performance in Life as House. But he is more popularly recognized as lead character Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars: episode II – Attack of the Clones, and Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith. He won Best Actor and the Cannes Film Festival Revelation Award. But unfortunately, his success became his limitation…he could not get out of the Star Wars aura. Looks like the “force” kept him trapped in the fantasy world.
