Garfield and Emma Stone were in a romantic relationship. They met on the set of The Amazing Spider-man films which led to a seemingly perfect romance. Sadly, the movie Silence would be responsible for ending the romance. Silence was Martin Scorcese’s dream project, and Andrew Garfield wanted to give it all he could. He did everything he could to get into character, including losing a scary amount of weight. This madness was just too much for Emma Stone. Fed up, she broke up with him. So there you have it.
