Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman were together in a previous movie, the 1990 film “Days of Thunder.” Cruise played a dare-devil race car driver and Kidman the doctor who took care of him after a car accident. Who would have thought that love would blossom. They got married that year until 2001. One of the more known “love triangles” in hollywood involved this couple and their filmmaker Stanley Kubrick. Kubrick decided to go with this popular couple which was really a great idea. But the criticism from tabloids regarding the explicit content and views was taking a toll on the couple. Throw in Kubrick’s untimely death, the couple divorced 2 years later. They have two adopted children, Isabella Jane, and Connor Anthony.
