Just like the water from the streets, you also need to be wary of those selling street food as well. First of all, you never know if what they are cooking is actually what they say it is, and secondly, you can’t say that how they are cooking it is actually sanitary. Unlike other countries where street food is actually a “night out,” you can’t say the same in India.
