One of the most successful comedians to hit the TV screens. While many argue that the show Friends was more popular than Seinfeld, nobody can disagree that Jerry Seinfeld made a whole lot more money. He was also the co-creator of the hit show together with Larry David, and both continue to rake in the money, even though the series ended in 1998 (which saddened many viewers). As reported by Forbes, Seinfeld earned $900 million over the past decade from old episodes. They aired on local stations and Hulu. Even though it was off the air for over 20 years, and most people have seen the episodes around a hundred times, it still continues to entertain. Mr Seinfeld stands to continue making $110 million per year, depending on the syndication deal. Surely a lot more financially gratifying than those celebrities on the big screen, and a lot less work as well.
