Cheers was, and still continues to be one of the biggest shows ever to grace the TV screens. It ran for 11 seasons, and the final episode aired on May 20, 1993. But thanks to the reruns, even generation Z can experience the entertainment value enjoyed by the millennials and generations prior to them. Ted Danson has enjoyed a successful career, but he owes a lot to his role as Sam Malone in Cheers.
