The Bluebelle was a two-masted yacht and this impressive piece of ocean machinery was being captained by a man named Julian Harvey. He was a former Air Force fighter pilot and more importantly, a seasoned sailor. And joining them aboard was Harvey’s wife, Dene. She also had a great contribution to the trip since she was an excellent cook. She had worked hard preparing and serving the meals for the guests of the ship throughout the cruise. It looked like it was smooth-sailing from then on.
