There was no sign of ever being rescued at this point in time. Terry Jo grew weaker by the hour. She was unable to move so much. In fact, she was past all pain and hunger. She was, at this point, spent and numb. Despite being severely parched, she didn’t feel thirsty either. That’s because it felt as if her life started to slowly slip away. In reality, she was closing in on the threshold of death. This little girl was already at death’s door.
