It all started with the story of Arthur Duperrault. He was an optometrist from Green Bay, Wisconsin. He had been working so hard and had always dreamed of traveling on a chartered yacht with his family. He had earned a vacation and it was a dream that was finally going to come to fruition. So on November 8, 1961, Arthur and his brood headed to a tropical getaway on a yacht called the Bluebelle. It seemed like the best thing that had happened to them and they couldn’t wait to bask in the experience.
