With the water quickly rising inside the cabin, Terry Jo knew she had to move very quickly. She went out and saw Harvey in the distance holding what looked like a rifle to her. When she got up to the upper deck, she saw that the boat’s dinghy and rubber lifeboat were floating next to the boat, right on the water. She was left alone on the yacht and she needed to fend for herself at this point in time because no one was there to help her.
