The poor girl was floating in the middle of the ocean with no food or water to tide her over until she found help. Terry Jo also did not have anything to protect her from the scorching heat during the day and the freezing cold that took over the air at night. All she had on was her white blouse and pink pants. That was it! She didn’t know how she was going to survive this ordeal or if that she’ll survive at all. It was all a haze back then. All she had going for her at that time was her sole will to survive.
