The Himalayan prefers peace and quiet. Not recommended for homes with young kids, as kids can get rambunctious and noisy which will make the cat very aggressive and irritated. Other than that, they are normally calm and relaxed. They look like Persian cats, except for their blue eyes and point colouration. These were derived from crossing the Persian with a Siamese. They are good indoor cats that love to be petted and groomed. They are devoted and dependent upon their humans for companionship and protection.
