For those who want something different to do in Denver, don’t disregard the popular Adams Mystery Playhouse. This is Denver’s longest-running interactive, comedy-murder mystery dinner show. Truly a Denver hidden gem, it is located in a historic mansion, and caters to the whole family. They do have special shows also just for kids, so adults who want to drink the night away can book their kids for a show and leave them there a couple of hours. The dinner buffet is really good and has constantly received good reviews. Actors mingle with patrons, then suddenly a murder is committed, and patrons are formed into teams to try to figure out who did it. Prizes are awarded to the winners, and song and dance routines continue. A different kind of fun, but fun nonetheless.
