If you want to have a worry-free visit and enjoy your stay more, don’t visit the island without getting vaccinated for Hepatitis A and typhoid as you can contract these diseases through contaminated food or water, regardless where you will be staying. If you plan on going on outdoor adventures, better to get vaccinated for rabies as well, just to be on the safe side.
