Originally bred for hunting in Italy, these dogs may be the easiest breed to groom. They don’t shed, and have a slender, silky fine coat. All they need is a towel rubdown to keep their coat shiny and clean. Of course, there is no harm in bathing them once in a while. But don’t think they only come in the color grey, they can come in different colors as well. Also note that they are sensitive to cold weather since their hair is very short. So, during winter or unusually cold days, a sweater would protect them from the temperatures. While they can run, they are ok living indoors. Loyal companions to the end, they also love affection and will enjoy cuddling.
