Circling Before Sleeping

It’s so much fun to watch a dog lay down for bed, probably because they circle their bed so many times before finally flopping down on the spot it makes you dizzy. And while humans might find this habit a bit strange, it’s basically instinctual for dogs. Centuries ago, dogs would make their own beds in the grass and mud by circling around and making themselves a comfy spot. Lucky for them, nowadays they no longer need to make their own beds but the habit is so ingrained in their blood, they just can’t help it!
