A Live Grenade

One of the hardest parts of losing a loved one is going through their things after they die. For one family, after their grandmother passed away, as the mother and son were cleaning out her things, they found a grenade, and a live one at that. Since it was still “live” the family had to call the Australian military to come and get it just in case it exploded. What they would later on find out was that the 91-year old mother that owned the home was once married to a Second World War solider. Good thing the pins were still attached to the grenade, but they still had to evacuate the entire street before taking it off the premises.
