Like a number of other stories, this is another tale of a family finding hidden documents within the wall. Except this time, it was a stash full of confidential Nazi documents in a home in Hungary. There were 6,000 documents, all from the Third Reich containing details about the holocaust, the number of Jews and the designs of the homes where they were going to be transferred. Although the Nazis attempted to destroy most of the documents, this bunch ended up in the hands of someone who kept them instead. After looking through the documents, the census would tell them that just two months prior to the Nazi occupation of Hungary, there were around 600,000 Hungarian Jewish victims during the holocaust.
