A couple was extremely happy when they were able to snatch up their dream home in the Appalachian Mountains foothills for just $75,000, considering it had five bedrooms and two baths. Jason and Kerri Brown knew the house was old, but they also believed that they could fix it up to be exactly how they dreamed. But they would soon find out that it was more like a nightmare instead. As they began work on the house, they found a bookcase that was left and decided to move it, only to find a passageway into a hidden room that contained an eerie note that read “You Found It.” Apparently, the previous owners had left it there to warn others because the house had a major mold problem that made them sick, which is why they were forced to evacuate in the first place. Thankfully the Browns managed move out too and sue the realtors that sold them the house in the first place!
