A tug of war ensued between a couple who bought an Arizona home and they contractor they hired to work on it. The workers managed to find $500,000 in cash hidden in military ammunition containers while working on the house, claiming that it should go to them since they found it. Of course the owners of the house argued that it was theirs, considering that it was found on their property. But after putting the case to court, authorities decided the true owner of the money was the man who had buried it in the first place, the man who was the original owner of house who had died over 11 years before. In the end, the money was given to his two children instead.
