Most people that buy old houses are aware that there’s some work to be done. For Calvin Oshowy, when he bought his house, he could have never known what he was going to find within the walls. He could hear something scratching behind the wood, only to find out two months after moving in that his house had a bat infestation. They were in the walls, the ceiling and the attic! Sadly, for his own piece of mind, he decided to close off any entry points the bats would use so they would stop using his house as their home. He did build them their own bat sanctuary hoping that they would move there and leave him and his house alone.
