You Mean Riding Bears Wasn’t Normal?

All we know about this photo is that this little girl riding on the back of a grizzly bear is just two years old. The only way that this would be okay is if one, the bear is actually domesticated and living with their family. Or two, this family works in the circus and the bear is part of their act. Whatever the case may be, no circus that’s still allowed to set up their tents today would ever allow a tiny, helpless child sit on the back of a very unpredictable bear. And given this child’s face, it doesn’t look like she was too happy about it either.
