There is no doubt that this good-looking lady is a real professional race car driver. She is the most successful woman in the history of American open-wheel racing. Her victory in the 2008 Indy Japan 300 is the only win by a woman in an IndyCar Series race. Daica started in karting when she was ten years old. She won several races, and dropped out of high school to go to the United Kingdom to further her career. She returned to the US in 2001, after competing in Formula Vauxhall and Formula Ford, because of lack of funding. She competed in 2002 in five Barber Dodge Pro Series races, and first drove in the IndyCar Series in 2005. She has never stopped competing in the sport she truly loves.
