Meng Ting Hsieh, better known as Mon, is a very popular cosplayer from Taipei, Taiwan. The adorable cosplayer is the epitome of all things kawaii (i.e. cute in the context of Japanese pop culture). She captivates her audience at fan conventions with her innocent charm and intricate costumes.
