The American cosplayer, model, artist, and internet sensation Linda Le, also known as Vampy Bit Me, Vampy, or Vamp @vampybitme, is of Vietnamese descent. She jumped headfirst into cosplay when she was only 12 years old, and she quickly rose to fame when the Japanese toy manufacturer, Kotobukiya, featured her teen cosplays on the company’s sales material. Vampy’s signature character is the X-Men’s Psylocke, and she has thrown on every version of the multi psionic weapon-wielding mutant. She has over four hundred thousand followers on Instagram, has developed a cult following, and has also launched her own geek chic clothing line. Aside from Psylocke, Vampy has also recreated the Punisher, Deadpool, Nightwing, Samus Aran, Miriya Sterling from Macross, a Gundam mecha, a skinned Nargacuga from Monster Hunter World, and countless more. She shares her creative talent as part of Mantium Industries, a group that makes costumes and armored props for cosplayers.
