Let’s give credit where credit is due…Pat McInally is the only NFL player, past or current, who scored a perfect 50 in the Wonderlic exam. While this was back  when he was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 1975, it does not diminish the fact that he is very intelligent. He graduated cum laude from Harvard University, and was the first graduate from that prestigious school to have played both in the NFL Pro Bowl or the Super Bowl. He did both in 1981.  He took the test again in 2007 when Wonderlic hired him to manage the marketing of the exam. When told that he missed 1 question, he replied “Missed one. Not a bad score after six concussions.”  So even after 32 years since he took the first Wonderlic, McInally still has what it takes. Proof of being a genius for sure.
