Hugh Millen was a former American football quarterback that played college football for the University of Washington. In 1985, he won the National Football Foundation (NFF) Scholar-Athlete Award. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the 1986 NFL Draft. He then played for several different teams, including the Denver Broncos and New Orleans Saints shortly before his retirement.
