Matt Flynn is a former American football quarterback drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 2008 NFL Draft. He was a member of the Packers when they won Super Bowl XLV over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played college football at Louisiana State University. He also played for six other teams, the last one before his retirement in 2015 being the New Orleans Saints. The 2015 season was the first in his career  in which he did not appear in a regular season game. But because of his contract, he still made millions sitting on the bench. He previously also made money doing nothing really with the Seattle Seahawks. His Wonderlic score was above average at 38 out of a perfect 50. It seems he had the smarts to make sure his contract provided for him, whether he played or not.
