Former American football quarterback who left the NFL and NFL Europa (which operated until 2007) to become a college football coach. He played college football for and graduated from Grambling State University, Louisiana. He recorded a score of 41 on the Wonderlic test which remains in the top 20 for NFL players. In December of 2015, Eugene became the first African-American coach to win the Public Schools Athletic League (PSAL) football city championship. He worked with different schools in the PSAL as a quarterbacks coach or as a head coach.  But unfortunately, the next year he was removed from his position as head coach after repeated violations of the PSAL code of conduct. It goes to show you that smarts does not always equate to success.
