Stevens’ Model Dockyard Locomotive

This particular toy goes way back. In fact it’s from 1887 to be exact. This Steven’s toy model dockyard locomotive looks like a vintage rusted model train, mostly because it actually had the ability to blow steam, extremely hot steam. Apparently these models could let out actual live steam from their engines, while a number of other models like the naval vessels and other tools did the same. Like a number of other crazy toys released on the market years before, parents didn’t think twice about giving their kids something that could seriously hurt them it seems.
