Rollerblade Barbie

Barbie has been around for decades, and she’s managed to have hundreds of thousands of careers. But Mattel probably didn’t think this one through when they created the Rollerblade Barbie whose skates had the ability to “flicker ‘n flash.” And what’s even crazier is that the blades had the same things that cigarette lighters use to create sparks, very close to working exactly the way flint works, which FYI, makes fire. The fact that this toy was created in the 90s is truly mind blowing, but considering it actually went into production is even more surprising.
